My Path to Becoming a Naturopath, TCM Specialist & Resilience Coach
With specialisations in women’s health, musculoskeletal disorders, mental health promotion, sports health, TCM support for transition and hormone therapy, and burnout, I guide my patients individually on their path to greater balance and well-being.
My Path to Becoming a Naturopath
For over 30 years, I have passionately guided people on their path to greater health and well-being. I deepened my thorough training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) through study stays in China. I have successfully applied my knowledge in emergency situations as well as in general medical contexts.
In addition to TCM, I have specialised in naturopathy and complementary medicine, particularly in phytotherapy, auricular acupuncture, and reflexology. By applying Australian Bush Flower Essences and drawing on my long-standing experience in both clinics and private practice, I offer individualised approaches for a wide range of needs.
A particular focus of my work is health promotion and coaching, including occupational health management, resilience coaching, and the promotion of mental health. As a certified Sport-Health-Balance Trainer and an expert in Nonviolent Communication, I support people in bringing body and mind into harmony.
Educational projects, such as courses in birth centres and health training in India, as well as workshops and lectures, complete my profile. Always supported by continuous professional development and diverse methods, I combine expert knowledge, experience, and empathy to guide people holistically on their journey to greater health.
Health is a harmonious interplay of body, mind, and soul – a balance that I aim to actively promote with my holistic approach. With deep roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), solid knowledge of naturopathy, and many years of experience working with the salutogenesis model, I combine millennia-old wisdom with modern science.
