Refund and Return Policy

Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Vouchers
Vouchers are excluded from exchange and return. Once purchased, vouchers cannot be refunded or returned.

Refunds
As vouchers cannot be returned, refunds are not possible, unless there is a demonstrable error on our part.

Shipping Costs
There are no shipping costs for digital vouchers. If physical vouchers are sent at the customer’s request, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
